Growth in respect of all the aspect at grass-root level in the area has been noticed in the manner like dump laps through the state of West Bengal as well as our country. The utilization of the human resources is lacking everywhere. Lots of people from underprivileged community in India are deprived of their basic rights. But we strongly believe that, through proper education and built up efficiency in the field of work providing skill development training a human can led their life innovative & respectful manner, as because education is the only thunder that helps the  human being to develop, reveal and build their bright and prosperous future  without worrying about shelter, food & clothes. An inevitable contribution in all respect and persistent efforts from the HICM volunteers has been initiating since long . Our volunteers has been devoted themselves to serve for the people by the people in force of the call from the motivation of social welfare activities.
