About The Institution


Halder Institute of Career Making has provided general education / coaching in various subjects from class VII to Masters Degree and also Distance Education for the dropout students from 1997 till date. We also have been initiating training for the candidates belongs to SC/ST/OBC as well as General under the various program under MSME, MES-NCVT (Govt. of India) & SHG-SE Department Govt. of West Bengal since long and also empathizing on the training program for the youths specifically belongs to the a region of poor ST belt in the sate of West Bengal in the trade of soft skill (Spoken English), Beauty Culture, Computer I.T. & DTP Program, Electrical & Electronic Gadgets, Tailoring, Knitwear Designing, Sculptures etc. with an aim to enhance their skills to be eligible in support of their employments and becoming themselves as self-employed members of their family to succeed over their wish to eradicate the poverty from their family for ever. We had also taken part an active role to help those people who are affected in the time of “AILA, AMPHAN & YAAS Cyclone” in the flooded area of Sundarban, Sagardeep, South 24 Parganas, Jammu & Kashmir - 2014 and also during “COVID-19”. We have also been celebrating National & International Days like Independence Day, Republic Day, World Aids Day, World Environmental Day etc. since long, we also have our experience to organize Blood Donation camp & free Health Checkup camp through out the state of West Bengal. We also take part in distributing Books & Cloths free of cost to help the poor people and providing free legal aids for the distress and help less woman in our society and many more.…
History at a Glance

In 2020 when the severe cyclone (Cyclone Amphan) happened in Southern part of West Bengal in 2020 we later organized a food distribution camp in the flood affected areas of Hingalganj in North 24 Pgs.

During the Pandemic happened over COVID-19, our society members approached towards the poor people by reaching essential commodities in their homes and also spread awareness on how not to get infected by Corona virus.

Organized a community development survey during the year 2020 at the S.T. area of Mujnai Tea garden, Madarihat Birpara Block situated at Alipurduar District.

During the year 2019 we organized a Cloth Distribution program for the Adiwasi Society (S.T.) located in the remote area of Paschim Dwarikapur, Patharpratima, South 24 Pgs.

2017 to onward we are providing training on Beautician, Tailoring, School Uniform Making, Four Wheeler Driving & Stone Carving at various area of Kolkata and South 24 Parganas Under SHG & SE Department Govt. of West Bengal. Also we conducted three community development surveys this year in 1. Patharpratima, S24Pgs. 2. Barrackpore, N24Pgs. and 3. Dimdima Tea garden, Alipurduar.

2014 – 2016 we have organized vocational training programs on Tailoring, Computer I.T., Graphics, Beauticulture, Electrical and Electronics Gadget through donations from members and private donors.

In 2013 we established five branches to organize Modular Employment Scheme (MES) National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) programs at Kolkata, South 24 Parganas, Nadia and East Midnapore to provide the ‘Skill Development Training’ for large number of pupils.

2012 - 2013 was a highlighting academic session as we were enlisted under MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise) and MES (Modular Employment Scheme) under National Council for Vocational Training, Govt. of India to provide multifarious vocational training for the needy candidates.

We compiled other special wings in 2011 which are Drawing & Soft Skill (Spoken English & Communication Skill)

On June 2009 we had taken active role to collect salvation and deliver to the people who were affected by Severe Cyclonic Storm named 'AILA'

In 2009 we registered our organization under the Registrar of Firms Societies & Non-Trading Corporations, West Bengal Act XXVI of 1961.


Vission- Halder Institute of Career Making is to deploy best possible methodology for achieving ideal SPI (Social Prosperity on Investment) by establishing Vocational Training Institute and Government Affiliated School where we will provide education, skill development training and extracurricular activities like gym & yoga, beauty culture, swimming, sports, dance, singing etc. so that a child can discover and blossom themselves attaining the eligibilities to be a good human being as well as stablished themselve as self employed earning member of their respective family with an aim to eradicate the poverty of their families for ever.
